Essential Oil Blends
The blends offered here were developed many years ago based on clients needs and work well. The individual essential oils need to be understood as all are potent on their own, thus the brief descriptions.
Many of the oils are very expensive, hard to source and often times unavailable. We consider many factors when choosing oils to work with. The country of origin, climate, time of harvest, chemical analysis and availability are all factored in, and are reflected in the price.
For a more in-depth exploration of the essential oils, consider the class offerings.

It has become an aromatherapy highlight through a combination of factors. It is indeed a highly effective mucolytic agent.”

Green myrtle is non-irritating and non-sensitizing. This makes it an appropriate oil to treat chronic lung conditions, colds and infections in children and the elderly. People dealing with respiratory problems, including asthma, cough, and bronchitis, may benefit from myrtle oil as well because of its expectorant properties (removes excess mucus from your respiratory tract).

Fragonia TM (Agonis fragrans). “I’ve seen case studies where the use of Fragonia Oil has had amazing results with people suffering from intractable respiratory infections.
Dr. Penoel (the producer of this particular chemotype of Agonis) strongly recommends it for all respiratory disorders, whether in sinus areas or in the lungs. It is also said to stimulate and enhance the immune system. This oil seems to have amazingly strong emotional effects, having a deep action on the psyche. There are case studies of people with longstanding emotional blockages who were able to find release. The essential oil seems to both release tension and have a relaxing/calming effect on the mind. Dr. Peneol says that the use of Fragonia at bedtime will improve the depth and the relaxing effects of sleep.” https://www.naturesgift.com/product/fragonia-essential-oil/

Hops essential oil helps ease sleeping problems via inhalation. Hops oil is often combined with valerian root oil in order to treat insomnia and anxiety.
Studies indicate that hops may have properties similar to melatonin, which helps regulate sleep, and compounds that promote relaxation.
Nutmeg
A natural chemical called trimyristin found in nutmeg has been shown to have the effect of stimulating and increasing the duration of sleep in animals. Nutmeg may relieve restless sleep associated with nervousness, worries, exhaustion and feelings of overwhelm.
Add several drops to a diffuser at night, or put one drop on the bottom and sides of each great toe. This is the pineal and pituitary reflex in reflexology.
The more adventurous may place a drop under the nose and perhaps experience vivid dreams...but this does not guarantee restful sleep...lol.
